Hornbeam Workplace Wellbeing
Client: Claire Bennett
Project Overview:
Hornbeam Workplace Wellbeing, founded by Claire Bennet, is a leading provider of workplace mental health training and consultancy. With a deep commitment to creating psychologically safe working environments, Claire's mission is to educate and empower businesses to support the mental wellbeing of their employees through accredited courses, bespoke training, and strategic consultancy.
Project Scope:
Claire approached me to revitalize her brand, which began with a generic logo and website that no longer reflected the growing impact and professional stature of her business. The project involved a complete brand overhaul, including business strategy consultation, website design, and the creation of various marketing assets. This also extended to crafting signage for workshops and an award show where Hornbeam Workplace Wellbeing was recognised as a winner of the 2024 SME UK Enterprise Awards.
Brand Discovery & Vision:
During our initial consultation, Claire shared her vision of making mental health support accessible and effective in every workplace. The goal was to create a brand that communicated her deep expertise and passion for workplace wellbeing, while also conveying a sense of trust, professionalism, and warmth. Together, we developed a brand strategy that aligned with her mission to support businesses in creating psychologically safe and inspiring environments.
Visual Identity:
The new visual identity for Hornbeam Workplace Wellbeing was designed to reflect the company’s commitment to mental health with a professional yet approachable aesthetic. The logo, color palette, and typography were all carefully chosen to evoke feelings of calm, trust, and reliability. The website was redesigned with a focus on user experience, ensuring that it not only looked beautiful but was also easy to navigate, providing clear information about services and making it simple for potential clients to get in touch.
Outcome:
The rebranding project successfully transformed Hornbeam Workplace Wellbeing’s public image, positioning it as a trusted leader in workplace mental health. The new brand and website have received positive feedback, and Claire has expressed her satisfaction with how well the design reflects her business’s growth and values. The partnership has continued, with ongoing support and the creation of additional assets for workshops and events, ensuring the brand continues to evolve alongside Claire’s business.
